We ship within the united states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. 
 
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours. We ship Monday through before 3PM (excluding weekends and holidays). For those wigs that's not in stock, Will need a extra 7-10 business days . And if there will be some delays for processing orders during peak season, sincerely hope you can understand.

Tracking your orders:
 
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed/shipped, which will include your tracking number you can use this number to track your package on carrier's website.


If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct.

If you made an error with your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] before order shipment.

if your order has already been processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address.

The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us.

If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees).
